1. Steeping is done remove the leaves
2. Put tea in the glass jar
3. Add honey 3.5 oz / 100 g
4. Add room temperature water 25.3 oz / 750 ml
5. Add scoby 3.5 oz / 750 ml
6. Ferment time 14-21 days
